Supervise efficient pouring of meringue and
cream filling and tops filling into pie shells
Manage all mixing of colors for icings and
make sugar ornaments
Prepare and sell good decorated cakes,
cupcakes and other products as per the cake
manual

FINANCE & SUPPLY CHAIN
ANALYST
The role is responsible to support the Supply
Chain and Finance team in the analysis, review
and reporting within the purchasing and supply
management functions, backfill activities and
other operational requirements. Duties and
Responsibilities: - Processing distributor orders
for certain markets
- Reconciling the Distributor stock report &
demand requests for certain markets
- Assisting in preparing document for invoicing
& shipping
- Monitoring the distributor order to have a
proper cut off
- Summarizing treasury (Cash flow in from
Distributor for ME, North Africa,Turkey)
- Follow up distributor collection
- Helping in vendor payment process
